Service standards

B&D Energy want you to have heating, hot water and, if we supply it, electricity to your home at all times. We are also aware of the impact of any failures in the supply of energy. Therefore, we have set ourselves high standards of customer service and energy availability. What’s more, if we fail to achieve these high standards, we will compensate you to say sorry.

11 Feb 2019 - We have been experiencing intermittent issues at our Weavers Quarter Energy Centre between  the 5th and 9th of February.

Engineers have fixed an issue with one of our boilers on Saturday afternoon and it has been running as normal since.

They will also be conducting tests to ensure the rest of the system is running smoothly.

Please be assured that we are monitoring the plant closely and will let you know once testing have been completed.
