You may have heard of the £400 energy bill discount which has been set up by the government to help households with their energy costs, this is known as the Energy Bills Support Scheme.

However, as you are supplied on a Private Wire Network, it is not yet clear from the government how the details of this will work in this case. We are assured by the government that a rebate will apply to your bills, and we will apply this rebate as soon as we get guidance.

It is our responsibility to request this for all eligible properties, we will be taking the necessary steps to proceed with providing you this discount.  This only applies to properties where we supply electricity. If you get your electricity from a different supplier, then they will be responsible to apply this discount through your electricity bill.
